Established in 2007, SR Supply Chain Consultants (SRSCC) Ltd are a training provider who specialise in Procurement and Supply Chain. SRSCC have nine study centre locations and two exam centers throughout England. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Central Services Team; reporting to Head of Central Services this individual will lead, deliver, evaluate and continuously improve SRSCC’s quality assurance processes and practice to ensure standards are always maintained against relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. You are to maintain a strong and up to date professional knowledge base and apply this within all external and internal policies, procedures and processes. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and fulfilling internal and external audits and inspections, driving improvements throughout, to contribute to the growth and success of the business. You are to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively work towards and achieving personal, team and company goals and objectives.
As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- With the support of the relevant stakeholders, have overall responsibility for audits and inspections including but not limited to ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency), Ofsted, CIPS, ISO, Cyber Essentials and IT
- Be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of robust quality management systems ensuring the company’s statutory, regulatory and contractual duties are fulfilled
- Ensure systems and services are monitored and reviewed in order to continually improve quality and outcomes for the company and our customers
- In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures for SRSCC
- Ensure policies and procedures are developed and applied in a consistent manner across all departments and services
- To ensure internal stakeholders are fully compliant with company policies and procedures and maintain a system of monitoring regular audit checks to ensure compliance at all times
- Work closely with the customer service team to develop and improve internal processes
- To analyse data and statistical information to identify trends and themes to seek and implement quality and compliance improvements
- To remain fully up to date with regulatory and legislative changes and ensure any changes are provided to the correct stakeholders through professional guidance and advice
- Be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the quality improvement plan ensuring it is always up to date
- To produce and present quality and compliance reports to the SLT and when required to governing boards
- Support the finance team with funding queries for ILR (Individual Learning Record), ESFA and any other professional and educational needs
- Compile and create self-assessment reports
- Take part and contribute to management meetings
- Contribute to the company’s business strategy and improvement planning
