Entry Requirements
- CIPS Level 4 Diploma.
- The Apprentice must be in a management position, or at least a Trainee Manager role with direct reports.
- Have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s A*-C or 4-9 (if you haven’t achieved this, SRSCC can support you)

What’s included
Direct support from a dedicated Skills Coach, who will meet with the apprentice and their line manager every 6–10 weeks for a progress review. The apprentice will have also receive live tuition from an MCIPS/ FCIPS Tutor, access to course materials, resources, and both formative and final assessments through our Independent Learning Zone (ILZ).
Duration
This apprenticeship will take approximately 18-20 months to complete.
